M.G YT Drophead Coupe
The MG YT has been in storage for many years. It is now in for complete restoration.
The body work seemed in reasonable condition. On first inspection the engine appeared to be in good working order. On strip down of the engine we found excessive wear, sludge and metal fragments in the sump. The engine will need a complete rebuild.
Door frames have been repaired in preparation for the rebuild of the body shell. The body shell has been removed from the chassis. The body shell and panels have been paint stripped and sand blasted. Previously poorly repaired accident damage has been restored.
